Fuelpump failure on 2012 Mercedes ML350. Maintenance/Repairs. RacerRick August 21, 2015, 4:28am 1. My wife was driving a 2012 Mercedes ML350 on a highway when the engine suddenly stopped and she was lucky to get over to the shoulder before being hit. The car was towed to the dealer who said the fuel pump died. Thefuel level sender, which also contains the fuel filter on this 2007 Mercedes C230, was cracked and leaking on the top. Even after a poor repair with ep Misfireproblem solved. I replaced the standard copper spark plugs with Bosch Platinum +2, while doing so I also cleaned the MAF and throttle body. Car ran great and my problem of jerky hesitation while in reverse was and is still cured. After about 1,100 miles I would get code P0301 (misfire cylinder 1) almost every time I would accelerate 2006Mercedes E350- I have code P0629- fuel pump A control circuit high. I checked voltage on the red/green wire and it reads 0 with the power probe with key in number 2 position. I traced the wire from pump to rear SAM in trunk, to all the way to under carpet at the rear seat left side. The voltage reading is the same "0". Routethe lines behind connection (3) to do this. Open clamp (1). Remove the fuse box cover forwards. To close: check whether the rubber seal is lying correctly in the cover. Insert the cover at the rear of the fuse box into the retainer. Fold-down cover and close clamps (1). Secure lines (2) in the guides. Close the hood. Feb 26, 2021. Thread starter. #2. My E350 developed a leak a few weeks back, small amount of oil/115k on clock. Mechanic thought it was a sump issue, then advised it was crank seal requiring gearbox out, that was 2 weeks ago. Seal was still leaks bit not from the crank seal. Ihave a 2006 Mercedes E350 4matic that cranks will not start. I replaced the fuel pump relay (kA in the trunk near the navi drive) and had no luck. I've been discovered that fuse number F43 a 15 amp fuse was blown under the hood. I replace the fuse in went back to start the car, and the car still cranked but did not start. Ifdelivery is less than 1L in 40sec test following points: a) Check fuel strainer for blockage ---> GOOD. b) Fuel Pump voltage is at least 11.5v. c) Check for fuel line restrictions (pinched lines) d)Pinch of leak line between fuel accumulator and intake damper.
